There is no need to be concerned, our assisted sale package is exactly that. Our team of experienced property staff will help you with every step in the process and if you are uncertain about taking pictures or measuring your property you can opt for our help for a small additional fee.
What Happens First?
If this low cost package is for you, simply make your payment to Stuart & Stuart and we will start the process by arranging for the Surveyor to carry out the inspection for the Home Report.
We will then issue you with clear written guidance on the steps which you need to take to provide the information we require for the Assisted Sale.
The Home Report will be made available normally within 5 working days of the Surveyor visiting your property.
When everything has been approved by our property team your property will then be uploaded onto espc.com and stuartandstuart.co.uk
