Selling your home with our Assisted Sale Package is easy.  If you can see the benefits of undertaking some of the work to help us get your property onto espc.com and our own website, your schedules produced, your 'For Sale' signs erected and carrying out your own viewings then this package is for you. 

There is no need to be concerned, our assisted sale package is exactly that.  Our team of experienced property staff will help you with every step in the process and if you are uncertain about any aspect you can opt for our help for a small additional fee.

Main Benefits of the Assisted Sale Package

Low Cost Fees

For a small upfront fee, our experienced property staff will guide you through the process of preparing all advertising materials and requesting the Home Report in order to put your property live onto the market. This fee does not include espc registration or Home Report fees which are in addition to the fees charged by Stuart and Stuart.  

Additional Fees

There are no exit fees nor is there any commission payable upon completion of the sale.

Advertising

Your property will be advertised on www.stuartandstuart.co.uk free of charge and www.espc.com for an initial period of 6 months subject to espc insertion fees being paid in advance.  In addition your property will appear in the espc weekly paper, in the espc showroom in Edinburgh and displayed in the offices of Stuart and Stuart in Edinburgh, Penicuik and Bonnyrigg.

Viewing Requests

All viewing requests will be handled by the seller

An online account will be created for you where you will be able to log in and track any interest in your property on www.espc.com
