If your Offer is Accepted

Our team of people really get to work now. We also like to work in conjuction with your mortgage adviser so it is important that you tell us who you have appointed.  They become a key part of the team who are striving to get you moving. They may already have obtained a decision in principle for you and will therefore get to work on the mortgage process on your behalf.

If you have appointed our Conveyancing team they are also busy communicating with the sellers solicitor and also your mortgage adviser  to make sure everything is concluded in good time – getting all parties communicating effectively is our specialty.

Once we have everything in place – it's time to meet to explain the Missives and  other crucial areas for discussion too – such as making your Will – but don’t worry – our Legal Health Check  includes everything you need from a legal perspective to ensure you are secure.

A meeting to sign all of the required documents is arranged in order that we can ensure that the funds are transferred.  Arrangements are then made for the keys to be handed over at an agreed time once matters are concluded.
