A Unique Choice Of Packages

Our new approach to selling property offers clients two service packages.  Within these there are various choices to be made which will directly influence the final cost of the service.  You choose either:

Assisted Sale Package : £450

This package costs £450 and is a one off up front fee which includes the cost of 'For Sale Boards' and an initial supply of Schedules.

Full Estate Agency Package: Commission on Final Sale Price

This package is charged as a percentage of the final sale price of your property and payable from the proceeds of the sale.  For a detailed quote please contact out property team
